Field Sales & Marketing Intern (PPO / Full-Time Transition Opportunity)

Position Overview

We are looking for energetic, proactive, and result-oriented Field Sales \& Marketing Interns. This role offers hands-on ground experience in lead generation, product demonstrations, and client engagement.

Career Path: High-performing interns will be offered a Permanent Full-Time Position (Pre-Placement Offer - PPO) upon successful completion of the internship.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Lead Generation: Identify, visit, and pitch FIRESPRAY solutions to housing society management committees, commercial office managers, and industrial facility heads.
• Product Demonstrations: Conduct live product demos to showcase the ease of use and effectiveness of FIRESPRAY products.
• Safety Awareness \& Training: Organize and conduct practical fire safety awareness/training sessions for residents and commercial staff.
• Client Relationship Building: Maintain regular contact with leads, address customer inquiries, and close initial deals.
• Reporting: Keep track of daily field visits, leads generated, and feedback collected.

Requirements \& Skills

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English and local languages (Hindi / Marathi).
• Willingness to perform daily field travel within the local region/city.
• Proactive attitude with a passion for direct sales, lead generation, and customer interaction.
• Prior experience or education in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields is a plus (freshers welcome).
• Candidates possessing two-wheelers and a valid driver’s license are preferred.
