Job Details

• Work Days: Monday to Saturday
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Salary: Up to ₹3 LPA
• Joining: Immediate joiners only

Requirements

• Laptop is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred.
• Fluency in English and regional languages is an added advantage.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage with prospective students and parents.
• Explain Dreamtime Learning's courses, programs, and offerings.
• Follow up with leads to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
• Make a minimum of 150 connected calls per day.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Address parent queries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Build positive relationships with prospective parents and support the admissions process.
