Responsibilities

• Prepare continental food items such as pasta, pizza, sandwiches, burgers, fries, salads, and grilled dishes.
• Prepare food according to the cafe menu and customer orders.
• Maintain food taste, quality, and presentation.
• Keep the kitchen clean and hygienic.
• Check ingredient stock and inform management about shortages.
• Minimize food wastage and control portion sizes.
• Maintain proper food storage and follow FIFO methods.
• Coordinate with cafe staff for timely order preparation.
• Clean kitchen equipment and maintain safety standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hotel kitchen preferred.
• Basic knowledge of continental cooking.
• Good food preparation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage orders during busy hours.
• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.

Working Hours

As per cafe shift schedule.

Pay

₹9,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
