Senior Digital Marketing Executive

The Senior Digital Marketing Executive will design, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, traffic, lead generation, and conversions. Unlike mid-level execution roles, this position takes end-to-end ownership of campaigns, analyzes complex data sets, refines ROI, and helps mentor junior executives. Strong English Communication skill with overseas client is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy \& Planning: Craft and execute comprehensive, multi-channel digital strategies (SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Email, Content) aligned with company growth goals.
• Paid Advertising (PPC / Performance Marketing): Plan, launch, and optimize high-converting paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn. Manage ad spend budgets efficiently.
• SEO \& Content Optimization: Oversee on-page and off-page SEO efforts, keyword strategies, technical audits, and high-value content briefs.
• Analytics \& Reporting: Track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and tag managers.
• Mentorship \& Collaboration: Provide guidance and operational support to junior team members, while coordinating closely with content creators, UI/UX designers, and sales teams.

Required Qualifications \& Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of proven hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally with a track record of scaling performance campaigns.
• Technical Proficiency
• Search \& Social Ad Managers (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager)
• Web Analytics \& SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or HubSpot)
• Content Management Systems
• Conversion tracking, pixel installation, and event setup
