Job Description - Manage and maintain the facility's technical systems, including HVAC, lighting, and security. Supervise and coordinate the work of contractors and vendors to ensure timely project completion. Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failure and reduce downtime. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve technical issues. Provide training and support to staff members on technical procedures and best practices. Require Good English Communication Skils. Must have MS Office knowledge and can work on laptop. Candidate should also have 8-10 years of experience in facilities management in Four/Five-Star Hotel or industrial setup. Candidate must have experience in managing facility services and handling HVAC, solar water systems, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and other associated services. looking Immediate Joiner.
