Sales Manager

Generate leads for residential, commercial and office interior design projects. Build relationships with architects, builders, real estate agents, developers and other referral partners. Identify potential projects through property portals, new residential developments, commercial spaces and market research. Understand client requirements, preferred design style, budget, location and project timelines. Arrange and conduct client meetings and site visits. Coordinate with the design team to prepare suitable concepts, presentations and proposals. Handle negotiations, resolve sales objections and close interior design projects. Prepare monthly sales plans, revenue forecasts and lead-generation strategies. Maintain and review the lead tracker, sales pipeline and CRM records.
