Customer Success Associate

We are hiring customer-focused individuals for a domestic customer support process in Gurugram. The role involves assisting customers with their queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through inbound calls.

Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.

Resolve customer issues professionally while maintaining service quality.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.

Escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate department.

Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication.

Key Requirements

Graduation is mandatory.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with customer support systems.

Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts and a 6-day working schedule.

Pay

₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
