Sales Executive – International Voice

Job Description

We are hiring Inside Sales Executives for an international voice process catering to the Australian market. Candidates will be responsible for contacting Australian customers, explaining renewable energy solutions and converting potential leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to Australian customers regarding solar panels, battery storage and energy efficiency solutions.

Explain applicable renewable energy incentives and rebates.

Understand customer requirements and generate sales.

Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM.

Work towards weekly and monthly sales targets.

Coordinate with internal teams for customer onboarding.

Eligibility Criteria

6 months to 3 years of experience in international outbound calling or sales.

Strong English communication and convincing skills.

Good negotiation and customer-handling abilities.

Experience in achieving sales targets.

Australian market experience will be an added advantage.

Knowledge of solar, real estate, gas, electricity or energy products is preferred.

Working Details

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Shift: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM (as per the stated AEST schedule)

Australian public holidays will be observed.

Full process training will be provided.

Interested candidates with relevant international voice or sales experience can apply.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
