Key Responsibilities

• WhatsApp Chat Support: Be the prompt and friendly voice of our brand, handling customer queries on WhatsApp.
• Customer Feedback & Delight: Reach out to customers post-delivery to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
• Sales & Cold Calling: Connect with a targeted list of potential customers and businesses to pitch products and drive sales.
• Issue Resolution: Handle customer-related concerns with empathy to turn challenges into positive experiences.
• Abandoned Cart & Session Recovery: Call users who left items behind or abandoned sessions to understand hurdles and drive conversions.

What We Are Looking For

• Communication: Above-average command over English (speaking and writing) and fluent spoken Hindi.
• Good to Have: Prior call center or customer handling experience, proficiency in other regional languages, and access to your own laptop.
