About the Role
We are a South Indian bakery in Delhi looking for an experienced Baker to make traditional Kerala snacks and holiday cakes.
Key Responsibilities
Bake Kerala bakery items (egg/chicken puffs, meat rolls, vettu cake, dilkush, etc.).
Prepare traditional Christmas plum cakes and holiday seasonal cakes.
Create new snack/bakery varieties to expand our menu.
Maintain kitchen hygiene, manage stock, and ensure quality.
Requirements
Experience making Kerala bakery items and snacks.
Expertise in baking traditional Christmas plum cakes.
Creative, clean, and reliable.
