Job Overview
Credvanta Capital is hiring energetic and motivated Inbound Financial Sales Associates for our Noida office. In this role, you will handle inbound calls from customers inquiring about financial products, assist them with their queries, and guide them through financial service options.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Inbound Calls
- Answer incoming customer inquiries professionally and understand their financial service needs.
- Product Guidance
- Explain relevant financial products and service offerings clearly to callers.
- Customer Support & Sales
- Resolve queries, provide structured information, and work toward converting potential inquiries into completed sales.
- Follow-Ups
- Maintain call logs and ensure proper follow-up on customer applications or requests.
Candidate Requirements
- Education
- Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduation in any stream.
- Experience
- Freshers are fully welcome to apply. Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus.
- Communication Skills
- Good spoken Hindi/English with clear voice clarity and an engaging tone.
- Attitude
- Positive, goal-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in finance and customer sales.
Training & Stipend Details
- Initial Training
- 5 Days of structured product and process training provided on-site.
- Training Stipend
- ₹50 per day paid during the 5-day training period.
- Pay
- ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per year
