About Ribbons Jewellery
Ribbons Jewellery is a fine jewellery house based in New Delhi, known for diamond jewellery, from timeless bridal pieces to everyday essentials. Our collections include diamonds, fusion polki, sapphires, eternity bands and gold. We also create bespoke solitaires and made-to-order designs, and we partner with architects and designers on special projects.
At Ribbons, a purchase is the start of a relationship, not the end of one. We are looking for a warm, organised and articulate professional to help us nurture those relationships.
Role Summary
The CRM Executive supports the day-to-day client experience, from first enquiry to after-sales care. The role involves regular client communication, accurate record-keeping in our CRM, and timely follow-ups, working closely with the Customer Service Manager and the sales team.

Respond promptly and courteously to social media comments and queries.
Send personalised communication, including thank-you notes, birthday wishes and anniversary greetings.
Order and After-Sales Support
Follow up on payments, documentation and deliveries within agreed timelines.
Coordinate requests for cleaning, repairs, resizing and regular maintenance.
Escalate complaints to the Customer Service Manager promptly, and assist in resolving them with speed and care.
CRM Management
Record every client and architect interaction accurately in the CRM (such as Salesforce or HubSpot).
Keep client data, preferences and important dates up to date.
Support client segmentation (VIPs, first-time buyers, architect partners) for targeted communication.
Relationship Building and Loyalty
Request client reviews and referrals after purchase and service.
Assist in running VIP and loyalty programmes, including rewards and exclusive previews.
Help maintain relationships with architects and designers, and collect feedback after each project.
Reporting and Collaboration
Compile client feedback and service data, and share observations with the Customer Service Manager.
Alert the sales team to suitable moments to reconnect with past clients.
Required Qualifications and Skills
1 to 2 years of experience in CRM, customer service or client servicing. Experience in jewellery, luxury retail or the design industry is an advantage.
Excellent written and spoken English, essential for client calls, emails and personalised correspondence.
Ability to understand client needs quickly and respond with courtesy, patience and confidence.
Organised and detail-oriented, with a sense of ownership of outcomes.
Working knowledge of CRM tools and basic office software (MS Office or Google Workspace).
Willingness to adapt and keep learning.
What We Offer
A competitive salary as per industry standards and experience, with a guaranteed hike on previous drawn salary.
The opportunity to work with a respected jewellery brand and its premium clientele.
