About this job
- Conduct customer service feedback calls to assess customer satisfaction and service quality
- Monitor and follow up on gold loan interest collections to ensure timely payments
- Make reminder calls to personal loan customers to ensure timely EMI payments
- Follow up with NPA (Non-Performing Asset) customers to support recovery and regularization of overdue accounts
- Handle and resolve customer enquiries received at the Head Office promptly and professionally
- Prepare and submit daily collection reports with accurate and timely data
