Job Overview

Sarvatra Energy Pvt. Ltd. is hiring enthusiastic and self-motivated candidates for the position of Business Development Executive. The candidate will be responsible for field activities, door-to-door lead generation and identifying potential customers interested in solar energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door activities for lead generation.
• Identify potential customers in rural and urban markets.
• Promote solar products and explain their benefits.
• Generate qualified leads for solar energy solutions.
• Visit villages, towns and different market areas.
• Maintain customer records and daily lead reports.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-ups.
• Support the company in achieving business development targets.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Good communication and persuasion skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in the field.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Basic understanding of sales and customer handling.
• Ability to approach and communicate with new customers.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Previous field sales experience will be an advantage.

Salary \& Benefits

• Fixed salary: ₹2 LPA – ₹3 LPA.
• Monthly salary: ₹16,000 – ₹25,000, depending on experience and interview performance.
