About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Back Office Coordinator / Client Support Executive to join our team.

The candidate will communicate with our hospital and clinic clients, understand their concerns, coordinate with the internal technical team, and ensure software-related complaints are properly followed up and resolved.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls with clients
• Understand and resolve client queries related to UNIDOC software
• Register, track and follow up on software complaints/issues
• Coordinate with the technical/development team for issue resolution
• Follow up with clients until the issue is completely resolved
• Provide basic software guidance and support
• Maintain proper records of complaints, calls and client communication
• Coordinate client onboarding and training activities
• Ensure timely communication and a positive client experience
• Escalate critical or technical issues to the appropriate team

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in customer support, software support, back office coordination, client coordination, or similar roles
• Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi and English
• Comfortable handling client calls and complaints
• Basic computer and software knowledge
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple client issues
• Patient, responsible and solution-oriented approach
• Experience with healthcare/hospital software will be an added advantage
