Dispatch Supervisor

• Dispatch Planning \& Coordination
• Plan daily dispatch schedules based on production and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and stores teams for material readiness.
• Ensure on-time dispatch as per delivery schedules.
• Material Handling \& Packing
• Supervise proper packing of castings to avoid damage during transit.
• Ensure correct quantity, weight, and identification of materials.
• Follow foundry safety and handling standards.
• Documentation \& Records
• Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as
• Delivery challan
• Invoice
• Packing list
• E-way bill
• Maintain dispatch records and update ERP or dispatch registers.
• Transport \& Vendor Coordination
• Coordinate with transporters and drivers for vehicle availability.
• Ensure vehicles are suitable for material type and load.
• Track dispatched materials and follow up on delivery status.
