Executive - Front Office

Skills and Experience Required -

Exp - 1 to 3 Years Qualification - Graduation or Equivalent

Good communication and interpersonal skills.  Experience in Administration, Front Office or Facility Management.  Knowledge of vendor coordination, vendor management and documentation.  Strong negotiation skills and vendor handling experience.  Working knowledge of ERP systems.  Ability to multitask and manage day-to-day office operations effectively.  Experience in team handling and coordination.  Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities.  Service-oriented approach with strong stakeholder management skills.  Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Handling front desk activities and serving as the first point of contact for visitors and employees.  Managing domestic hospitality arrangements and visitor coordination.  Supervising housekeeping staff and ensuring office cleanliness and upkeep.  Overseeing day-to-day office administration activities.  Processing and maintaining monthly vendor invoices and administrative records.  Managing employee insurance policies and related documentation.  Supporting the HR team in employee engagement initiatives and events

Pay

From ₹300,000.00 per year
