Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls. onjob.io
• Pitch products/services and explain offers clearly.
• Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads.
• Answer customer queries and resolve basic issues.
• Schedule demos, appointments, or callbacks.
• Maintain CRM records and update call outcomes.
• Meet daily call and conversion targets.
• Collect customer feedback and relay insights to relevant teams. Indeed

Required Qualifications

• Clear verbal communication and confident phone manner.
• Good listening, persuasion, and patience.
• Basic computer skills and CRM/data-entry proficiency.
• Target orientation and resilience.
• Fluency in required languages (/English/Tamil).

Pay

₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
