About this job
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers / leads or handle incoming customer queries in Tamil.
Pitch company products/services and convert leads into sales, bookings, or inquiries.
Maintain customer relationship records and update interaction status in CRM or Excel.
Address customer questions, resolve complaints, and follow up regularly with prospect leads.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Language
- Fluent in spoken Tamil (Required). Basic understanding of English or Hindi is a plus.
- Education
- Minimum 12th Pass / Any Graduate or Diploma.
- Experience
- 0 to 2 years in telesales, telecalling, customer support, or voice processes (Freshers welcome).
- Skills
- Excellent communication, persuasive persuasion skills, active listening, and basic computer knowledge (MS Excel).
- Pay
- ₹15,212.70 - ₹27,702.81 per month
