Offline Marketing Executive

Job Description

Procure marketing materials, branding items, and promotional requirements.

Coordinate with vendors for quotations, purchase orders, deliveries, and quality checks.

Maintain inventory of brochures, standees, flyers, banners, visiting cards, folders, and other print collateral.

Track issuance and availability of marketing assets across projects and sales teams.

Maintain a complete database of hoardings and outdoor advertising, including locations, vendors, sizes, rental costs, installation dates, expiry dates, and renewals.

Coordinate installation, replacement, maintenance, and removal of hoardings with vendors and site teams.

Maintain photographs and proof of installation for all outdoor branding activities.

Keep records of purchase orders, quotations, invoices, vendor payments, and marketing assets.

Coordinate with the Accounts Department for vendor billing and payment documentation.

Support marketing events, exhibitions, activations, channel partner meets, and promotional campaigns.

Submit regular inventory, procurement, and outdoor branding reports to the Marketing Head.

Timely procurement of marketing requirements.

100% updated print collateral records.

100% updated hoarding database.

Timely renewal and maintenance of outdoor branding.

Effective vendor coordination and cost control.

Proper documentation of quotations, bills, purchase orders, and payment records.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
