Tele Calling Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound \& outbound calls with potential customers.
• Generate and follow up on property leads.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update all lead details in CRM.
• Explain project details, offers and property specifications to customers.
• Schedule 2–3 customer/site visits per week.
• Achieve daily calling and monthly performance targets.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team for successful conversions.
• Maintain professional communication and customer relationships.

Performance Target

• Minimum 80 connected calls per day
• 2–3 site visits per week
• Regular CRM updates and follow-ups are mandatory.

Eligibility

• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
• Fresher \& experienced candidates can apply.
• Target-oriented and confident personality preferred.

Pay

₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
