BDE (Business Development Executive)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our IT services and software solutions. Business Development Executives typically focus on identifying prospects, building relationships, and converting opportunities into business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, Upwork, email campaigns, cold calling, and networking.

Research potential clients and understand their business requirements.

Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.

Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Coordinate with technical teams to understand project requirements.

Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare sales reports.

Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.

Good understanding of IT services (Web Development, Mobile Apps, AI, Cloud, etc.).

Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Apollo, or similar lead generation tools is a plus.

Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) is preferred.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Pay

₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
