About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Follow up on leads and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM or tracking tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree .
• Experience: +2 years in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation on platform like Up Work, Freelancer .
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident and professional communication over calls and emails.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
