Job Summary

We are hiring Customer Service Executives for a Used Car customer service process in Thane. The role involves handling customer queries, providing process-related information, and assisting customers with their requirements.

Candidates should have at least 6 months of relevant BPO or customer service experience, average communication skills, and be comfortable working from the Thane office.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through the assigned process.

Provide accurate information and appropriate assistance to customers.

Resolve customer concerns in accordance with process guidelines.

Maintain professional communication during customer interactions.

Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.

Meet assigned productivity and service-level expectations.

Eligibility Criteria

HSC Pass qualification.

Minimum 6 months of BPO or customer service experience.

Average communication skills.

V3 assessment qualification as applicable to the process.

Candidates should be comfortable working from the Thane office.

Immediate joiners are preferred.
