Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calls
- Make outbound calls to customers to address their queries and provide information about products and services.
- Customer Interaction

- Query Resolution
- Answer customer queries effectively and efficiently, providing accurate information and solutions.
- Documentation
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.
- Feedback Collection
- Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve service delivery.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with team members to achieve common goals and targets.
Requirements
- Education
- Any graduate (freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Communication Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and comfortable with using computers.
