JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with high-value customers, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored housing finance solutions. Your expertise will contribute to the bank's growth and success in the housing finance market.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the Housing Finance sector.

Understand client requirements and offer customized housing finance solutions.

Generate new business opportunities and cross-sell other bank products.

Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings to provide competitive solutions.

Prepare and present proposals, financial models, and reports to clients.

Ensure timely and accurate processing of loan applications.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and provide excellent post-sales support.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan disbursement and client onboarding.

Monitor and analyze client portfolios to identify potential risks and opportunities.

Attend industry events and network to expand the bank's presence and client base.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in Housing Finance or Banking.

Strong knowledge of Housing Finance products and the Indian real estate market.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.

Ability to work independently and manage a diverse client portfolio.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

Analytical skills to interpret financial data and market trends.

Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Willingness to travel for business purposes as needed.
