JOB DESCRIPTION (RCI LICENSE MUST)

Clinical Excellence & Patient Care

Adherence to Ganaa’s Treatment Protocols & SOPs

High standards in diagnosis, medication management, and treatment planning

Effectiveness in patient progress, measured using treatment outcomes

Effectiveness in managing complex cases and psychiatric emergencies

Patient Experience

Foster trust and rapport with patients to support long-term recovery

Actively seek and incorporate feedback from patients and families on treatment effectiveness

Ensure a patient-centered approach, balancing medical care with compassionate support

Leadership & Team Management

Lead and mentor the medical team, including psychologists, nurses, and attendants

Guide psychologists and therapists in treatment planning and case discussions

Promote collaborative decision-making within the multidisciplinary team

Program Development

Continuously refine and enhance treatment protocols to align with best practices

Contribute to clinical research, professional training, and knowledge-sharing initiatives in Ganaa

Key Performance Indicators

Psychologists conducting regular sessions and assessments

Complete file work from admission to discharge

Patient and family members sharing positive reviews

No untimely patient dropouts or premature discharges

Weekly updates to the referring doctors to inform them about their patients

Initiatives taken to improve Ganaa Treatment Program and service delivery

Pay

₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
