Key Responsibilities

Manage retail operations across multiple locations

Drive sales and achieve business targets

Monitor store performance, sales and operational activities

Lead, manage and motivate retail teams

Conduct regular Pan India store visits

Ensure company policies, SOPs and operational standards are followed

Analyze sales and performance reports and identify improvement areas

Coordinate with Head Office to resolve operational issues

Support new store launches and business expansion

Candidate Requirements:✔ 2–4 years of experience in Area Management / Retail Operations✔ Strong leadership, communication and team-management skills✔ Sales-driven and target-oriented approach✔Good analytical and problem-solving abilities✔Willingness to travel Pan India✔ Experience in Beauty, Salon, Wellness, FMCG or Retail will be preferredInterested candidates can share their updated CV
