Key Responsibility
- Welcome and assist clients and visitors with professionalism.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Coordinate client meetings, project visits, and follow-ups.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales journey.
- Work closely with the sales and internal teams to ensure seamless client service.
We're Looking For
- 2–7 years of experience in Client Relations, Customer Service, Front Office, Hospitality, Aviation, or Real Estate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, confident, and presentable personality.
- Strong customer service mindset and relationship-building skills.
