Job Purpose
Support the sales team by coordinating day-to-day sales operations, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication between sales, clients, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate sales orders, quotations, and invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
Maintain and update customer and sales records in CRM/database
Act as a point of contact between clients, sales reps, and other departments (logistics, finance, etc.)
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries for management
Schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups for the sales team
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries from clients
Manage documentation such as contracts, purchase orders, and delivery notes
Track inventory/stock levels relevant to sales commitments (if applicable)
Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals
Support onboarding of new clients and maintain client relationships
Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures
- General office administration

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, administration, or customer service
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Team player with a customer-focused approach
