Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in the Solar / Renewable Energy industry. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination, communication, reporting, and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team and customers for smooth order processing.
• Handle customer follow-ups, quotations, and order coordination.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports and MIS.
• Update customer and sales information in CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding orders, deliveries, and customer requirements.
• Track sales activities and follow up on pending requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and records.

Key Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Support.
• Experience in the Solar / Renewable Energy industry is preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM.
• Experience in customer follow-ups, quotations, order coordination, and sales reporting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Only local Ghaziabad candidates are eligible. Candidates from other locations will not be considered.

Salary

₹35,000–₹40,000 In-Hand per month, depending on experience and skills.
