About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and confident Telecaller & Customer Support Executive to handle telecalling, customer communication, follow-ups, and support for our B2B and school customers.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to schools, prospective customers, and existing customers.

Explain Math Buddy products and services and understand customer requirements.

Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.

Handle basic customer queries and provide timely support.

Share product information, proposals, and other required details with customers.

Follow up with schools and customers for meetings, product demonstrations, and sales opportunities.

Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, demonstrations, and further follow-ups.

Maintain and update lead and customer records in Excel/CRM.

Maintain regular follow-ups until the next stage or closure.

Prepare simple daily and weekly activity reports.

Required Skills

Good communication and convincing skills.

Good spoken and written English.

Comfortable making outbound calls and regular follow-ups.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and email communication.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to understand products and explain them clearly to customers.

Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
