Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)

₹2,25,000/- CTC per annum (Per Year)

Working Days

6 days a week (1 Rotational Off)

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

Handle incoming calls and resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests.

Problem Solving

Provide accurate and complete information to customers by using the right methods and tools.

Data Management

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents properly.

Quality Assurance

Meet or exceed team goals and quality metrics set by the organization.

Candidate Requirements

Education

Any Graduate can apply ).

Language Skills

Fluent Hindi and Average English (Must be able to understand and communicate basic terms in English).

Communication

Strong listening skills, polite tone, and high patience levels.

Skills

Basic computer knowledge and good typing speed.

Experience

Both Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Pay

₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
