Customer Support: Handle incoming calls and resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests.
Problem Solving: Provide accurate and complete information to customers by using the right methods and tools.
Data Management: Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents properly.
Quality Assurance: Meet or exceed team goals and quality metrics set by the organization.
