About the Role

We are looking for a Pre-Sales & Customer Relationship Executive to join our growing real estate sales team in Kerala.

The role focuses on customer engagement, lead qualification, follow-ups, and site-visit coordination. You will connect with prospective buyers, understand their property requirements, recommend suitable projects, and support the sales team in converting qualified leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with prospects through calls and WhatsApp

Understand customer needs, budget, and property preferences

Explain projects, pricing, amenities, offers, and USPs

Qualify leads and identify genuine sales opportunities

Conduct timely follow-ups and maintain customer relationships

Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team

Maintain accurate lead and customer records in CRM

Track lead progress and achieve site-visit & conversion targets

Coordinate customer feedback and requirements with the sales team

Visit project locations when required to improve project knowledge

What We’re Looking For

Graduate in any discipline

Experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, Real Estate, Customer Service, or Sales is preferred

Fluent Malayalam and good English communication

Strong communication, convincing, and follow-up skills

Customer-focused and target-oriented approach

Comfortable using WhatsApp, MS Office, and CRM tools

Willing to travel to project locations when required
