Back Office Executive

A) ICEGATE Invoice Filing

• Prepare and file shipping bills and Bills of Entry (BOE) via ICEGATE portal for import/export transactions (JOBWORK)
• Ensure accuracy of invoice data including HSN codes, product descriptions, and declared values
• Monitor clearance status and follow up on discrepancies or delays
• Maintain digital records of BOE, SB

B) Job Work Entry Responsibilities

• Document job work transactions including challans, invoices, and delivery notes
• Ensure GST compliance for job work entries and returns
• Track movement of goods between principal and job worker
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely dispatch and receipt of goods
• Maintain records for audit under GST and customs regulations

C) Customs Clearance Responsibilities

• This involves ensuring goods move smoothly across borders while complying with all legal requirements.
• Prepare and process import/export documentation (BOE, shipping bills, certificates of origin)
• Coordinate with customs transport departments for approvals
• Ensure timely clearance and delivery of goods to destination

Resolve issues related to delays, refunds, or documentation errors

Educational Qualification - Dilpoma/ Bachelor's degree

Required Skills & Competencies

Good knowledge of ICEGATE portal and customs documentation.

Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.

Good coordination and follow-up skill.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Good communication skills.

Pay

₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
