Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Front Office Associate to join our premium resort team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences by managing check-ins, check-outs, guest requests, and front desk operations with professionalism and efficiency.
Freshers with On-the-Job Training (OJT), internship, or industrial training in hospitality are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Provide information about resort facilities, services, and local attractions.
Handle guest reservations, inquiries, and requests promptly and courteously.
Maintain accurate guest records and update in the property management system.
Address guest concerns or complaints professionally and escalate when required.
Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
Handle billing, payments, and basic cashiering responsibilities.
Maintain the front desk area to ensure it reflects the resort’s premium standards.
Assist in managing guest feedback and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management / Tourism preferred.
0–2 years of experience in front office operations in hotels or resorts.
Freshers with OJT / Internship / Industrial Training experience will have an added advantage.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Professional grooming and presentation.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel management systems is an advantage.
