Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be a Civil Engineering graduate with good technical knowledge, willingness to learn, and an interest in site execution and construction management.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in supervising day-to-day construction activities at the project site.

Monitor work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, supervisors, and other site personnel.

Check dimensions, levels, alignment, and quality of construction work.

Assist in quantity measurements and preparation of material requirements.

Monitor the usage and availability of construction materials at site.

Ensure work is carried out according to approved methods and safety procedures.

Read and understand civil/structural drawings and communicate requirements to the site team.

Maintain daily site reports, work progress records, measurements, and documentation.

Assist senior engineers in planning and scheduling site activities.

Identify site issues and report them to the project/senior engineer.

Coordinate with other disciplines such as MEP, architectural, and structural teams where required.

Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with site safety requirements.

Requirements

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience in construction/site engineering.

Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site practices.

Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Willingness to work at construction sites and learn practical site execution.

Ability to work as part of a team and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of quantity estimation and measurements.

Basic understanding of concrete, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.

Knowledge of QA/QC procedures is an advantage.

Knowledge of surveying and basic leveling is an advantage.

Ability to prepare daily progress reports.
