Junior Site Engineer – Civil Construction

Salary Range

₹15,000–20,000

Location: Kochi

Experience: Fresher to 2 years

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Role

To assist in the day-to-day execution and supervision of residential construction works at site, ensuring work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, quality standards and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities and labour.
• Check work against drawings, levels, dimensions and specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and site staff.
• Take measurements and maintain site records.
• Monitor material usage and report requirements.
• Assist with quality checks and rectification of defects.
• Maintain daily progress reports and photographs.
• Coordinate with the Senior Engineer / Project Manager on execution and site issues.
• Ensure site safety, housekeeping and proper work practices.

Skills preferred:Reading civil drawings, basic AutoCAD, MS Excel, quantity/measurement knowledge, good communication and willingness to work at site.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
