Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers

Understand customer requirements, budget & property preferences

Explain projects, pricing, amenities & offers

Generate and qualify leads

Follow up with interested customers

Schedule property site visits

Maintain customer details and follow-up records

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets

• Requirements

Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi

Confident and polite personality

Good convincing & interpersonal skills

Target-oriented and self-motivated

Basic computer/CRM knowledge preferred

Real estate experience is an advantage, but freshers can apply
