Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Telecaller / Call Center Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with their queries, generate leads, follow up with prospective guests, and support the sales and reservation process.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

Respond to customer inquiries regarding resort services, packages, bookings, offers, and facilities.

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.

Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings or sales opportunities.

Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.

Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned department for resolution.

Provide information about room availability, packages, events, and other resort services.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead-generation targets.

Maintain a professional and positive communication style with customers.

Update customer information and follow-up status in the CRM or designated system.

Coordinate with the Sales, Reservations, and Operations teams.

Prepare daily call reports and submit updates to the reporting manager.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good Hindi and English communication; Marathi will be an advantage.

Pleasant and confident telephone manner.

Good listening and convincing skills.

Customer-service-oriented attitude.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM.

Ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Qualification

Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.

Freshers can apply.

Experience in telecalling, BPO, customer service, sales, reservations, or hospitality will be an advantage.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
