Role Overview

As a Back Office Support Executive, you will bridge the gap between our technical products and our clients by managing documentation, tenders, and customer communication.

Quotation Management

Prepare accurate formal quotations for scientific and analytical instruments.

Tender Processing

Handle end-to-end submission of tenders on GeM (Government e-Marketplace) and other government portals.

Client Coordination

Follow up with customers regarding technical discussions and proposal status.

Administrative Support

Maintain records and handle general office documentation.

Requirements

Education

Graduate in M.Sc, B.Sc, or B.E. (Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical engineering).

Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in a back-office or technical support role.

Computer Skills

Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).

Skills

Strong communication skills and the ability to understand technical specifications.
