We're looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our social media accounts.

Responsibilities

Create and execute monthly social media strategies for clients.

Plan, manage, and maintain monthly content calendars.

Coordinate and schedule posts, Reels, Stories, and other social media content.

Handle client content calendars and ensure timely execution of planned content.

Monitor Instagram trends, including Reels, trending audio, hashtags, and content formats.

Identify relevant trends and content opportunities for client accounts.

Coordinate with the creative team to ensure content is delivered as per the calendar.

Manage day-to-day posting and social media activities across platforms.

Track content performance, engagement, and trends.

Provide brief weekly/monthly reports on content performance and social media trends.

Stay updated with Gen Z trends, digital culture, and evolving social media formats.

Requirements

Good understanding of Instagram and current social media trends.

Ability to create and manage monthly content strategies and calendars.

Basic understanding of social media scheduling and posting tools.

Strong attention to detail and consistency in execution.

Good communication and time management skills.

Ability to coordinate with clients and internal creative teams.

A strong interest in social media, digital culture, and content.
