- Inventory Control
- Track stock levels, conduct physical audits, and prevent overstocking or shortages.
- Goods Receipt & Dispatch
- Inspect incoming shipments, prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), and process delivery orders.
- System Updates
- Maintain accurate entries in ERP systems or SAP.
- Stock Organization
- Label items properly and use FIFO (First-In, First-Out) methods for stock rotation.
- Coordination
- Work with purchase, production, and accounts teams for timely material replenishment and billing reconciliation
- Pay
