Job Description

We are looking for freshers and Final-year students who are interested in building a career as a Virtual Relationship Manager in the FinTech, Wealth Management and Financial Services domain. The role involves customer interaction, explaining financial products, lead follow-ups, customer onboarding and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

Explain MidFin360 products such as Mutual Funds, Insurance, NPS, Deposits and other financial products.

Assist customers with onboarding, KYC and investment-related queries.

Follow up with leads and maintain accurate customer and lead records in the CRM/system.

Support customer conversions and relationship management activities.

Coordinate with internal teams for customer query and issue resolution.

Ensure timely and professional communication with customers.

Follow company processes and applicable regulatory/compliance guidelines.

Continuously develop knowledge of financial products and wealth management.

Eligibility & Skills

Final-year students pursuing Graduation / Post-Graduation or fresh graduates.

Any educational background.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

Willingness to learn financial products and wealth management.

Positive attitude and goal-oriented approach.

Tamil & English proficiency preferred; additional languages are an advantage.

Basic knowledge of financial products will be an added advantage.

Note: The first 2 months will be internship period. Candidates who successfully complete the internship will be moved to the Trainee position with a monthly stipend until completion of their final examinations. Upon successful completion of the examinations and satisfactory performance, eligible candidates may be converted to full-time employment with MidFin Wealth Private Limited.
