Job Description

We are looking for freshers and Final-year students who are interested in building a career as a Virtual Relationship Manager in the FinTech, Wealth Management and Financial Services domain. The role involves customer interaction, explaining financial products, lead follow-ups, customer onboarding and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Explain MidFin360 products such as Mutual Funds, Insurance, NPS, Deposits and other financial products.
• Assist customers with onboarding, KYC and investment-related queries.
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate customer and lead records in the CRM/system.
• Support customer conversions and relationship management activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for customer query and issue resolution.
• Ensure timely and professional communication with customers.
• Follow company processes and applicable regulatory/compliance guidelines.
• Continuously develop knowledge of financial products and wealth management.

Eligibility \& Skills

• Final-year students pursuing Graduation / Post-Graduation or fresh graduates.
• Any educational background.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to learn financial products and wealth management.
• Positive attitude and goal-oriented approach.
• Tamil \& English proficiency preferred; additional languages are an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of financial products will be an added advantage.

Work Location

Coimbatore \& Chennai

Note: The first 2 months will be internship period. Candidates who successfully complete the internship will be moved to the Trainee position with a monthly stipend until completion of their final examinations. Upon successful completion of the examinations and satisfactory performance, eligible candidates may be converted to full-time employment with MidFin Wealth Private Limited.
