Telecaller – SalesPosition Overview

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, promote products/services, and drive product sales through effective communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Promote and explain company products/services to customers.

Generate product sales through telephonic communication and follow-ups.

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.

Convert leads into potential customers and sales opportunities.

Follow up with interested customers to close sales.

Handle customer queries and provide accurate product information.

Maintain and update customer and lead records.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

Coordinate with the sales and business development team.

Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, leads, and sales.

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

Good convincing and sales skills.

Customer-oriented and target-driven approach.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/Google Sheets.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or sales will be an advantage.
