Operations Manager

Experience

5-8 years of experience in operations management.

Experience managing teams and multi-activity entertainment operations will be preferred.

Roles

Responsible for overseeing the end-to-end daily operations of the gaming zone, ensuring smooth opening, safe and efficient functioning of all attractions, excellent customer experience, and achievement of operational and revenue targets.

Key responsibilities include team management, daily briefings, staff attendance and rosters, equipment and facility readiness, checklist compliance, and operational reporting across Arcade, Trampoline, Bowling, and other activity zones.

Monitor revenue performance, identify operational gaps, and take corrective actions to improve productivity and profitability.

Lead customer experience and service operations by supervising reception and activity areas, resolving customer queries and escalations, driving positive reviews, and maintaining high service standards.

Ensure safety, hygiene, and maintenance standards through regular inspections, deep-cleaning schedules, preventive maintenance checks, and compliance with operational SOPs.

Manage and develop the team through training, performance reviews, discipline management, manpower planning, and staff development, while maintaining effective communication across departments.

Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development teams on campaigns, offers, loyalty programs, social media promotions, and corporate/school/college tie-ups to increase footfall, engagement, and revenue.

Qualification

Graduate / Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience in operations management, preferably in a family entertainment centre, gaming zone, amusement park, bowling, trampoline park, or similar customer-facing facility.
