Job Description

We are seeking motivated MBA students or recent MBA graduates to join our Customer Success Growth team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with an IT/product background who want to build a career in client success, business development and CRM operations.

You will learn to

Communicate effectively with clients, prospects, and internal teams.

Deliver impactful presentations and support negotiations.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Handle CRM tools for lead management and operational activities.

Contribute to pipeline creation, documentation and strategy planning.

Eligibility Criteria

MBA final-year students or recent MBA pass-outs

Minimum 65% throughout academics (10th, 12th, Graduation, and MBA)

Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced IT/product environment

Eagerness to learn and adapt

Skills & Technical Tools

MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint – Advanced)

Salesforce CRM, LeadSquared CRM, Insightly CRM

LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, ZoomInfo for lead generation

Strong knowledge of online research tools and prospecting databases

Familiarity with email automation tools and collaboration platforms (Slack, MS Teams, Google Workspace)
