Receptionist – FRONT DESK / CLINIC COORDINATOR

Working Hours — IMPORTANT

Monday to Saturday

3:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Flexibility is essential: If the morning receptionist is on leave, the candidate should be willing and available to cover the morning shift when required.

Main Responsibilities

Manage the clinic reception, front desk and appointments.

Handle phone calls and patient queries politely, clearly and sensibly.

Coordinate between patients, doctors and other reception staff.

Maintain patient and appointment data and records.

Enter and manage information on the computer.

Be willing to learn and understand basic medical terminology.

Assist the doctor during patient examination when required.

Keep the clinic organised — cabins, instruments, lights, basic equipment and locking/unlocking.

Help with routine clinic work and administrative tasks.

Assist with digital work, including taking and uploading photos/videos.

Assist with social media/Google Business Profile updates, including uploading posts, photos and videos as instructed.

Polite and comfortable communicating with patients.

Responsible, punctual and organised.

Good at coordination and multitasking.

Comfortable with computers.

Willing to learn medical terms and new tasks.

Flexible with working hours when staff coverage is required.

Able to take responsibility for the smooth functioning of the clinic.

Pay

₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
